We all crave those tangled, soft, delicious noodles …the hot pork- or chicken-flavored broth made even better by a cold day … and all the possible adornments: delicate sheets of nori, the proper dicing of scallions or snow peas, the modest miso paste serving, maybe some bamboo shoots, certainly a poached or hard-boiled egg — and if your diet allows for it — some rich pieces of pork belly [insert mouth drool here]. These bowls of noodles are beyond satisfying and fun to eat, with each bite a combination of new textures and flavors. Your mouth is not prepared to sample them all at Ramen-O-Rama!

While we don’t always think of it that way, all invention comes from the human – the human brain, the human emotions, and the human experience. Come reflect, engage in discussion, and absorb from some amazing world-renowned speakers, as they cover topics such as AI [Artificial Intelligence), Robotics, Driverless Cars, and Virtual Reality.
