Ramen-O-Rama! Festival

Date & Time: Saturday, November 16th

Calling all Ramen Lovers! This Saturday in RiNo, unlimited samplings of gourmet ramen from local chefs and restaurants, an all-inclusive open bar, live music, games, and more, will flood your senses.  Denver has a huge variety of amazing ramen restaurants, and it’s about time to gather our favorites and have ourselves a little Ramen Festival  to decide who will wear the ramen crown!

We all crave those tangled, soft, delicious noodles …the hot pork- or chicken-flavored broth made even better by a cold day … and all the possible adornments: delicate sheets of nori,  the proper dicing of scallions or snow peas, the modest miso paste serving, maybe some bamboo shoots, certainly a poached or hard-boiled egg — and if your diet allows for it — some rich pieces of pork belly [insert mouth drool here]. These bowls of noodles are beyond satisfying and fun to eat, with each bite a combination of new textures and flavors. Your mouth is not prepared to sample them all at Ramen-O-Rama!

Come reflect, engage in discussion, and absorb from some amazing world-renowned speakers, as they cover topics such as AI [Artificial Intelligence), Robotics, Driverless Cars, and Virtual Reality.
